Identity for Asahi’s flagship leadership and culture programme created to inspire the new senior leadership team and embed the refreshed purpose and behaviours. Creative direction of conference branding for Day of Dynamite (Leadership) and Lighting Little Fires (Employee), including design of materials for a nine-month development programme and learning modules. The result was a cohesive and uplifting internal brand experience that captured Asahi’s energy, optimism, and ambition to empower its people and reignite a culture of high performance and fun.
