Visual identity for a new strategic narrative to help align Nuffield Health’s brand purpose, vision and values across all areas of the business. The work aimed to re-energise leaders, overcome “initiative fatigue” and inspire genuine engagement with the organisation’s future direction. The identity included conference materials, a launch video, manager’s toolkit and workshop resources. It all came together at a multimedia, multi-sensory ‘anti-conference’ designed to provoke participation rather than passive listening.
