Red Bull Technology Group set out to tackle an important cultural challenge. While the team continued to lead in one of the world’s most exciting and technically innovative sports, not everyone across the organisation felt fully part of that success. Previous research showed that, despite the incredible achievements being made, there was a growing need to bring people closer to the heart of the business – to inspire connection, inclusion and pride in the journey. The brief was to bring values, culture and game plan to life through a refreshed Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and with that the creation and expression of the EVP brand.
